Our Mission

"The ISKCON Relevance Project provides research, information, guidelines, and training materials to assist North American centers, communities, and individual devotees to be more relevant and to provide spiritually inspired, effective contributions to the worlds around us."

The Relevance Project is taking concrete and practical steps to revive ISKCON’s relevance in the Western world, especially in North America.

Srila Prabhupada stated that one the seven purposes of ISKCON is to “systematically propagate spiritual knowledge to society at large.” In that spirit, our team is conducting field research, consulting the brightest minds in successful, relevant projects, and creating resources specifically tailored to help ISKCON centers become more dynamic mission-focused centers for sharing transcendental knowledge in the spirit of Srila Prabhupada.

We know that a dynamic, relevant ISKCON is possible, and that it takes organization, planning and cooperation to get there. It will be a long term process, and we invite you to join our team on this journey.
